i have been trying to engage with people in the chat room but anytime i try to go onto it morning afternoon and evening there seems to be nobody in the chat room am i doing something wrong

No, you aren't doing anything wrong. The chatroom software is rather old, and isn't supported on modern devices like smartphones and tablets, which most people accessing Wikivorce use these days.

The chat room hasn't been used for a long time now. In the olden days, long before Facebook became a thing, the chatroom was always busy, it wouldn't be unusual to find 30 or 40 people in there all chatting away. We had quiz nights, themed social nights, even divorce bingo a few times. A lot of solid friendships were made are a result, and there were even a number of marriages :ohmy:

It served a wonderful purpose, but its time has come and gone. But do feel free to try to ignite it again :)
