Hi,
I ordered divorce and Consent Order on Friday and received an email from Pay360 to say they had received my money. However, i have not received confirmation of what i ordered. I emailed 'This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.' 4 days ago to ask and have had no response.
Please can you clarify my order?
Thanks

Hi,

There was a technical glitch during your ordering process which meant that we were not initially alerted to the new order.

Your order has now been processed and we have sent you an email with further instructions on how to proceed.

If you have any further issue do feel free to call us on the helpline which is open every day.
