I'm in the process of buying my ex husband out of our house. He initially agreed to the valuation by the mortgage company, but after receiving the paperwork has now decided he wants estate agents to provide valuations.

From a legal perspective, can I insist that he has previously agreed to a value and it is now 'set in stone'? I'm worried that any value that EA's will give is likely to be higher!
