The court has ordered the sale of the house, with repairs to be managed by my ex and jointly funded. I have the lesser share of the proceeds. However, the property’s condition has noticeably declined over time, and I’m concerned my ex may be allowing this to reduce the sale value. What can I do about this?

What makes you think this and why would your ex do it?
If they are getting the biggest share they have even more reason to achieve the highest sale price possible.

Been going through a years-long, acrimonious divorce. The estate agent says buyers are put off by potential repair costs. There are clear issues that arose under my ex’s watch and haven’t been addressed— ex won’t explain why

What timescales have been set by the court and have these been met?
It may be worth returning to court and ask that you have sole conduct of the sale if your ex isn’t doing what the court ordered.
