HI All, We have been asked to provide suituable properties for the other party, I have no way of raising a mortgage, so why should I have to provide this to the court?

So that they don’t just provide details of expensive palatial mansions suggesting they need more of the matrimonial pot.

You can bring it back down to Earth with details of much more modest places.
