I wonder if I can get some help my wife and I own our property we've been together for 19 years. Only Her name is on the mortgage and house deeds. I've submitted a home rights application HA1 and I submitted a divorce. she has been narcissistic and acting irrational for the past 15 years We are now in the process of selling the property, but I have an HA1 in place for my home rights. she wants to sell and wants me to cancel my HA1 home rights application Which is active if I cancel do I lose my rights and what will be the implications once I cancel on the HA4 application.. Please advise
Cheers and thank you

If you cancel your home rights she will be able to sell.
Implications are you will have to find somewhere else to live.
