About 18 months ago my ex and I agreed a Consent Order. within this order was a date when the FMH would be put up for sale, that was mid August.
For the last few weeks I have been trying to contact my Ex, directly and through her solicitor, both of them have been ignoring me. I have sent letters by recorded delivery that have been signed for and emails asking when we will be appointing an estate agents and getting the house on the market.

Given that there was a set date in the order when we would be marketing the house and nothing has been done on her part am I able to go back to the courts and ask them to enforce the order?

As a bit of back story, it has taken 9 years to get to this point, it took 7 years to get a consent order in place, my ex has stalled, avoided, ignored and generally been difficult to deal with in this time, so this doesn't come as a surprise and i'm hoping that I can get the courts to intervene and get the house on the market.

If the order has been breached, yoy can apply for enforcement. Bear in mind the courts are a bit clogged up atm.

Does the order say conduct of sale is to be joint? You can ask the court to order that you have sole conduct of sale.
