our accountant stepped in today to act as mediator, try to help us to divide financial asset equally. I have to removed from company as director, still keeping 50/50 shares. the husband and accountant have as me paying my shop rent myself, I felt the accountant doesn't act fairly to our situation, but only have the company 's best interest , to keep the ltd business healthy. ok the shop is been 18months now, not making enough to payoff the rent itself. and my 1200/ month income from teaching will have to support my business also the living with 3 children. we still living together as neither t of us have spare money for rental. have not started Divorce process yet, I bought the package from this site, don't know about him, at least have not been served.
I want to know will I be entitle more with monthly support from him after Divorce? especially now I have earn less than him, . I might be the losing one in the divided of business ( as I didn’t put enough effort in the company activity), in the family legal aspect , am the one stay home with 3 children while working part time for 18 years, school runs and after School clubs most of night ,parents evening's, paying everything without monthly support for the dad ,, except the mortgage. I pay council tax and other bills too. Plus all the food shopping. and holidays. I am hoping the count would take this into consideration when it comes to financial settlement?

I m intend to keep my shop /living going . I consider seek a loan enabled to survive, ( had I know this , I will secure some fund in the beginning, husband/ Company agreed to backup initially) would this lead me and children losing family home, as it shows I have debit? I
( just to said all my children are very supporting my business , they all understand this all I have after what their dad did, which im interlay grateful. )
