hi all

im after some advice. I am about to submit my Form A following unsuccessful mediation. I would like to apply for MPS at the same time by ticking box on form A.

How do I find out what information to support MPS is required and when/ where is is to be sent?
. I have completed a budget and statement, however as LIP I cannot create a draft order as the guideline state. (Does this need attaching to form A)

Also is the budget And statement I submit as applicant passed onto the respondent? As this would potentially give the respondant prior information before form E Is exchanged.

Thanks for the help as court we’re not able to answer above questions
