Hello, we have concluded on our divorce as well as the financial proceedings. My ex has been ordered to pay a lump sum which was due today and not received.
There is currently a restraining order against him so we have no communication whatsoever. The proceedings were done directly via the court system.
In the court order it stipulates if the lump sum is not paid with a certain amount of days then the FMH is to be put up for sale and so forth.

my query is, how do I take the matter back to court to start this process? Which form would I need to fill in?

thank you in advance.
