Hello, on the 9th Dec 24, my husband told me that he had started divorce proceedings online. We are now at the end of January and I have received no paperwork? I've asked him to prove to me he has started proceedings, but he won't and has said it will come? Can anyone tell me how long it should take for me to receive any paperwork? Thank you

It did not take anything like as long.

Do you expect to get notified by email or to receive physical papers?

As far as I can recall my ex got the paperwork within two or three weeks.
