Bedroom curtain rail was coming out of the wall. Attempted to fix it myself, but the plastic was so old and brittle, bits started snapping off all over the place. :angry:I now have curtain rail on the floor, a few fixings still in the wall, a few holes where there used to be fixings, and a pile of clip-on curtain hooks, most of which have snapped. And some neatly folded up curtains, which are old and faded anyway.

Trying to decide if I should just replace the curtain rail, or this is the sign that I''m ready for a whole bedroom makeover.:S
