Hello, I was wondering if some could help me.

I am applying for divorce, and while the form is generally simple, I require clarification from people for two parts.

Part 6 Statement of case

Both parties have agreed to apply for the divorce under Adultery, what information or detail of this does the court require in this box. Some are saying do not mention the other persons name, but just detail the basic information. Furthermore does the event have to be within a six month period, as we separated as a result of this, but have only just started proceedings.

Part 10 Prayer

We have already sorted the finances where I bought out my partner for a lump sum for everything. What boxes do I tick if any under (3) Financial order, as we obviously want to get this signed off later.

Our plan is to use Wikivorce for the Consent Order, but feel we can do the divorce part ourselves.

Your help would be duly appreciated.
