Husband is 46, Wife is 36
H income 60000k, W on full CMS and other benifits .

Property value 400,000k Remaining mortgage 100,000k
Equity 300,000k

H was main earner, sole mortgage owner and house was purchased just before marriage. W never worked or contributed.

Two children 6 and 8 living with W. W reported false allegations and left home. Constantly denying contact and reporting lots of allegations.

Marriage just over 10 years. H living in matrimonial home and paying all mortgage.
W living in temporary accommodation in refugee.

W now claiming PTSD and disability to gain on both children and financial sides. W is going to start financial settlement in court and i can't afford to start.

What will be fair settlement for H?

Main priority will be housing children.
How big is matrimonial home? Could she afford running costs of it or is it bigger than needed?
How much would a three bed house cost to buy or rent?
Are there any other assets such as pensions?
All contributions to s marriage are seen as equal so it doesn’t really matter who earned what.
