I need to apply for the final application and complite my divorse , confused about the Consent Order.We divided our property throught the Court, the FDR made it order ( sales the house) .CAN I use the Court order as a consent order ?? and apply for the final step of divorse ..

Consent Order just means that you both agreed (consented) to it and the court signed it off rather than forcing their order upon you.

A Consent Order is a Court Order.
