Now what..........????

For those of you that are familiar with my story so far will realise that I've been in the collaborative process for nearly 9 months!! Yes, nine months and in the "collaborative" sense have allowed the other party to chase financial shadows and ghosts that have never materialised or even existed. I would love to have a vintage Aston Martin stashed away or been on 5* holidays alone - rather than doing long-haul fights in the middle of the night or over week-ends, to save some money!!
Being self employed has probably been a catalyst for the STBX's legal party to argue these shadows - "only doing whats best/exploring every avenue for me (my client)"
From my side I am now at the very end of my patience with all this as we have not moved any further forward really.
We have submitted documents to the courts for a Nisi and are awaiting this however concerning the "financials" we are no further forward as they keep chasing those shadows!!!

Having signed a "collaborative" agreement if I were to "bail out of the process" and go straight for the Court route etc. does that mean I would have to start all over again?
As mentioned, we have applied for "Nisi" and have exchange voluntary form E's etc etc
I appreciate that I cannot use the same solicitor but I really do want to see an end to this whole sorry process.
Any advice would be much appreciated.
