After all the talk about being seperated / divorcing around Valentines last year...

This time i was wondering...
Could we take over somewhere and insist on no heart shaped balloons, no love themed menues / cocktails / no red roses / no valentines day themes at all??

An escape route to spend the evening with good food, a glass of wine and a laugh with wikifriends?

Would anywhere do it lol. Commerce rools ok!

Just a thought.

Essex / London for me.

Excellent Idea, and there was an anti-Valentine''s party at the Scarthwaite Hotel (where the official Wiki parties are held) about 3 years ago now - not a heart shaped item in site, but lots of laughter and maybe the odd gin or two ;)

You offering to organise this, Esox? :)

I am afraid I am out of the country from the new year for a month..... But back early feb. not sure I could in that timescale.

Might ask about in my locality if someone might be interested in doing it.

If numbers make it worth it!

Would like (nearly said love) this - most people can get to London; I can get anywhere for gin and red wine :)
