I need help with what to do for Xmas!

x has prevented the children from contacting me as she has done Birthdays, Xmas every year for the past 3years!
Even when all seemed well photos were of her and the children or on their own never with me!
Everything has to go through WhatsApp!

Have sent cards etc in the past but get (no reply) or as stated that the cards have been thrown across the room you do not care about your children, etc!

X has been hiding and using the children against me, though the children are 17/13 esp, my Daughter
(I'm thinking of Just sending a message through WhatsApp)

X is one of type a Covert narcissist
