Hello Wiki
Ex wife has refused to give details of our children's passport details eg serial numbers I have a child arrangement
Order granted apart from taking ex back to court can I write to passport office submit relevant documents .
As non resident parent would the passport office release information again trying to avoid returning to court.
She has refused mediation.
