If you want to divorce your spouse for unreasonable behaviour you have to give the judge decent reasons, if you don`t the judge can`t accept the application, it happens all the time, every day.

This made the news as they are loaded, but its the only reason, the lady was unwise to force the issue to a higher court really, it could be amended at a cost of £95, or she could wait for a no fault divorce.

Even the guidance notes as poor as they are make this clear.
